With less than a week left until the release of Jigra, Alia Bhatt is all out promoting her upcoming action-thriller directed by Vasan Bala. While songs and pictures of the film make their way online, Alia was recently snapped making a special appearance at DJ Alan Walker’s October 4 concert in Bengaluru. Taking to her Instagram Stories, Alia Bhatt shared a picture with Alan Walker from the show. The picture features the duo standing atop the console and smiling brightly at the audience. As seen in videos going viral on X (formerly Twitter), Alia not only made an appearance at the Bengaluru concert but also performed on stage with him. The actress – who rocked a stylish off-shoulder denim co-ord set and heels, performed her song Chal Kudiye from the upcoming Vedang Raina co-starrer. Watch the videos below.

In one clip, Alia is seen making her way on stage and greeting the audience with a “Namaskara Bengaluru. Surprise, surprise.” While Alia Bhatt opted for style, Alan rocked a casual grey hoodie and black pants, along with a face mask.

About Jigra

Directed by Vasan Bala, Jigra stars Alia Bhatt in the lead role, with Vedang Raina playing her brother. The film is presented by Viacom18 Studios, Dharma Productions, and Eternal Sunshine Productions. It is produced by Karan Johar, Apoorva Mehta, Alia Bhatt, Shaheen Bhatt, and Somen Mishra. Jigra – which is now a pan-India film, will release in theatres in Hindi and Telegu on October 11, 2024.

The film is centred around Satya (Alia) who is willing to push the boundaries and risk her own life to bring back her brother Ankur home. As seen in the trailer, Satya makes a plan to break Ankur out of the prison abroad.
